This machine is ideal for stocking the link plates one by one vertically for assembly feeding. This machine consists of horizontal table one side rotary vibrator where plate are placed. The other side a drifting mechanism, on which stacking hooks are placed. The plates are moving from the vibrator to the drifting mechanism by gravity flow. Then the plate will be drifted through the plunger into the hook. Once the plate are stacked vertically into the hook to the entire length, the limit switch will stop the machine for removing & reloading. This is available on different sizes (5/8 th, 1 inch & 1/2 inches).
