This is a horizontal Machine with fixed and moving die in between Pins feeded through the rotating pin. The pin transferred from the bin to the Machine by bin rotation. The catcher ad placer which takes the component from the track and placed it in between dies. The Moving die comes & hits the pin on both ends, the chamfering operation takes place. This Machine can able to chamfer on either side from 10mm to 15mm in diameter and 1 inch – 2 ½ inches in length. The Basic Machine consists of main motor, Pneumatic clutch brake unit brake gearing mechanism and reciprocating arm and supporting crown holding the fixed die with adjustments. The moving die fixed into the RAM which moves front & back opposite to the fixed die. The complete Machine is lubricated by motorized lub system.
